Behind the Mvule Project is an international team of experts. We know how to drive on the left side of the road, wash our clothes in a bucket, and survive without peanut butter. But our smartest move yet was getting you on board. Together (that means you and us) we will plant trees throughout Uganda, responding to poverty and deforestation.
The project enables you to buy an exotic hardwood (mvule) tree in Africa. The tree is then planted, geo-tagged, and cared for as your very own. Then you can login and locate your tree thanks to GPS technology. The project provides income for local economies, allowing villages to improve life and education for their children.
